The overnight receptionist was terrible! All night she was loudly talking on speaker phone throughout the lobby, her and whoever she was talking to were having an inappropriate Racist conversation. Not trying to be quiet at all. My children were in the lobby and all I hear is F**k over and over. I was Disgusted! If it wasn’t a holiday, I would’ve left immediately! Even at 6:30 am she was still loudly talking on the phone, complaining. Pool room was freezing cold so we could not swim. Pillows and top sheet were stained and dirty. I will never stay here again! Morning receptionist was very kind and sweet. Complete opposite from the overnight one.

The staff were very nice and helpful. I arrived after midnight. The night staff was nice. It felt safe. I liked that the room had black out curtains and a balcony. The breakfast was simple. The hotel was easy to get to. The property has an outdoor courtyard. It looked cute and clean. The only issue was less than a handful of black hairs that were on the bathroom floor. The mini fridge was awkward, but worked (it had a two hour fast freeze option, and off option). It kept cold. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of lights in the room compared to some hotels.

Only issue I had was the hallway smelled like someone was chain smoking. Once in the room, was pleased to see a sliding door to a small patio. Room was clean, did not smell of smoke. Bathroom was clean. Love having sink area outside from toilet/shower. First time staying here. Will stay again when in the cities.
