musty smell and loud air conditioner

Air conditioner was crazy loud and the entire room smelled so musty/ hotel was so busy didn’t bother trying to get a different room as I believe they were sold out. I did not feel it was very clean.. I would not book here again at all

Not enough washcloths. I went back multiple times for our multiple day stay and was only given 2 each time for our family of 4, despite asking for more. I even asked a housekeeper who told me they had none to offer. The pool had no towels at all the second day. We were there for a sports tournament and it was 90+ degrees so towels were needed. Breakfast closed early and the deadbolt of our handicap room locked open and you had to “manhandle” it to get it to unlock. Most likely will not stay here again. It served its purpose and was fine but nothing special. I tried something that was not a chain but I will probably go back to the big chains again.

The hotel room at itself was nice no microwave in the room which I found very odd. Also front desk, gentlemen at breakfast watching you and making you feel very uncomfortable and found him rude. No hot tub fire pits, which was one of the main reasons we picked that hotel was not working for the 4 nights we stayed
