I booked a room, somehow there was a glitch, it booked the WRONG DATE AND THE HOTEL WAS SO AWFUL AND WOULD NOT help me out by booking the night that I actually wanted, and Expedia did their part contacted the property and asked if they would switch nights and if there's a pro-rated to fee I'd pay it. Not a problem. It just wasn't a computer glitch. I couldn't hit the right night. Therefore I paid for nothing because I can't stay the night that was booked and they are just would not work with me and book the night of my birthday really bummed out CHANGL THAwas a glitch in the Date.,. There were never any pool towels available ever. Therefore all floors outside the pool and in all areas of the hotel were always soaking wet, because everybody had to head back to the rooms soaking wet. We asked staff multiple times and were always told that there were no more towels and none would be available. Bizarre.

Room 302 - the room was clean and 2 doors down from the single elevator. The "hot tub" is actually a jetted tub however the hot water was and stayed, perfectly hot. The fireplace did not work nor were there any instructions anywhere for how to work it if it did. The front desk said there was no maintenance working right now but she would make note of it. They offer early check in and late check out for a fee of $25/$50 for 1 or 2 hours, respectively. The pool is open until midnight with no minors after 10pm. They offer hot breakfast with eggs and waffles in addition to other standard offerings. There were a few birthday parties happening so it was a little noisy overall but our room didn't let in much outside noise. The vending machine was empty and the couple carts they have were not able to be located when we arrived.

Breakfast was ok, but not always keep filled. We stayed 12 days asked for room to be serviced 3 times, only one time did they actually come in and made beds but never changed sheets. They only make up rooms when someone leaves. So it you stay there change room to get fresh sheets. The said they would bring towels to us one night but didn’t. The hot tub was the best but they do not have enough staff to run hotel and keep clean. There staff is doing double duty,

The staff was great. The room was 9 out of 10 for cleanliness. The rooms are pretty modern, not very old. We had a room with a jet tub, and that thing has a pump that must not be mounted on rubber because sweet jesus it was loud, we just had to leave it off. The fire place was nice and warm and the sqft of the room was good. It is worth the money, but they have to quiet down the tub. The pool is also pretty cold, i am not sure they heat it. The sauna is closed and now says storage, why not fix it? I like a good Sauna and Hot Tub. Also no EV charging, which would be convenient.

We stayed 4 nights over Xmas and never got maid service. The sample size soap and shower products were small and ran out. Garbage and dirty towels built up. And the coffee was all decaf in the room and weak in the lobby. Otherwise it was clean and nice and the staff was friendly. I'd go back if they upgraded the little things.
