Booked room online and at check in was told the room was not available as the hotel was over booked. Had to search for another room 15 miles away to accommodate our family.
It had everything I needed and was comfortable and convenient
The room, the breakfast, the amenities--everything was excellent. Only one minor criticism: they closed the drink machine during the manager's reception, so soft drinks were only available at the bar, which is not as convenient.
We were not told the pool was closed for cleaning. I had my kids all dressed and ready to go swimming in the lobby and was told that the pool was closed for extensive cleaning. So I had two small children extremely sad and disappointed that we were staying at a hotel with no pool. Which is really why you go to a hotel with kids.
The pool water was very cold.
Very friendly staff, excellent & comfortable room, breakfast was delicious, easy parking. Conveniently located. Will stay there again!
I liked how fast they reacted when I called and asked for something or asked a question. Also there was no one there that was disturbing

A Great time! Check out the Happy Hour. This property could use some updating but a overall great time and affordable place to stay.
Hotel staff not overly friendly. Free drinks were watered down and food just ok. Only 1 tv remote in the 2 bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable.
