We arrived to find out they didn't have our room because there was no housekeeping done that day. They had an upgrade available, but would need to charge us more for it. Desperate, we paid the extra. When we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned either from the previous guest. We had to request new bedsheets and towels, and clean the room ourselves. What the ......!!!!
