Place is a HEALTH HAZARD!! Absolutely filthy and unsanitary! I do NOT recommend!!! I had posted a previous review hoping for an apology, explanation and/or improvement. That's what reviews are for! Instead....after a 9 hr work day and a 2 1/2 hour drive to this place I was checking in and 'greeted' with unprofessionalism and attitude with the comment of 'I read your review'. I'll refund you right now and you can find somewhere else. I regrettably stayed because I was so tired. THEN I was put in a room with a sucker stuck to the blanket that I didn't see until the last day...so bedding wasn't changed. In the bathroom..hair on the floor and tub, and in the corner behind the toilet, a toilet that didn't look fully cleaned or sanitized, shower curtain that appeared to have mold at the bottom and spots on my pillow case. Don't worry Twin Cities Inn....you will never have OR deserve my business again. Honestly you need to be shut down. I deserve a full refund for this trauma!!!

I booked this room on the fly last minute, but i was VERY disappointed with the room. Honestly it felt more like one of those drug dens, where the paint was peeling off the walls and the overall vibe was just like they dont care much about the guests or the property. I asked for turn down service because seeing i booked for three days common practice is that its a courtesy, but i was told i would have to wait until the next day because no one was onsite to clean. The breakfast was blah. I would give zero stars if i could.
