This property was easy to get to and they have a pretty good breakfast experience given their restrictions due to COVID. The staff was underwhelming in their willingness to help, but they were very willing to stand around and gossip. We tried to get their help on more than one occasion and they would not answer the phone at the front desk, and when we walked down they were talking with a friend or on their cell phones. It also was challenging that the same thing broke more than once during a 3 day stay. So overall the hotel has the potential to be really nice but the human element was not the best.

It is very close to our daughter's place, so it is easy to visit. Also it is in a very quiet neighborhood, set back from traffic. The room was remarkably large, making visiting with family a breeze. The one issue I had was the desk chair. As soon as anyone sat in it, it immediately sank to its lowest position. Had we stayed longer, I would have asked for a replacement chair. Room 314, by the way! :)

The staff were always very helpful. The breakfast (due to the pandemic) was tasty but not as relaxing or convenient. I like strong coffee, so I was a little disappointed in the coffee. I wanted to use the workout room, but again due to the pandemic, it was closed. Not the problem of the hotel, this I know. The room was spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi was fun.

Ask for room on back. Parking lot is out front. Wonderful secluded area! They had fruit, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, 24/7. GREAT bkfast! even smoothies already prepared The works!

Not a good experience with the front desk. I booked thru Orbitz for 4/14-4/19 but due to my flight being cancelled I could not show up until 4/15. My wife and I talked to Brittany at Hampton Inn on the evening of 4/14 to let her know the flight was cancelled and I would not be there until the evening of the 15th. When I showed up the 15th the reservation had been cancelled. I then had to pay full price for the room and my wife had to then call Orbitz to speak to someone about refunding us the money we paid to Orbitz for the reservation. It was just a ordeal that we thought was unnecessary. Especially since we called ahead of time to let Hampton Inn know we were not showing up until the 15th. We weren't asking for them to credit us for the one day we missed we were simply not wanting the room to be given away. Not a good experience.

Love the location! It was very clean and quiet snd the front desk staff were very sweet and pleasant :)

It was easy to find.great parking lot. Close to other places. Nice lobby. Big room!

Nice location. Easy to find. Large rooms. Price of room was just right. Easy to find rooms. There was a sign saying ice and vending but there was just ice. Little bit too strong soap smell in the room.

Breakfast was good but best early in the morning. By about 8am all the food was dry.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms as well. Breakfast is always on point!

So let me just say I am from Houston, Texas and had only been out of the state of Texas one time before this when I was younger. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Evelyn, who checked me in and gave me all the information I was going to need for my stay. Anytime I needed anything Evelyn and Ally were more than delighted to help me. I've never felt more welcome anywhere else by those 2 wonderful ladies!! My room was extremely clean, very spacious, and the king bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home. I will most definitely be back!!

We stayed here for the Schwan's Cup soccer tournament at the National Sports Center. It was close, and easy to get to. The hotel seemed very new, and well kept. Our only disappointment was that they closed the pool while our kids were swimming to do some tile repairs. It would have been nice to know that those repairs were planned ahead of time, and we would have planned to use the pool at a different time.

We were shocked at how large the room with the king bed and whirlpool was, and the bed was comfortable and the whirlpool very nice. The complementary breakfast was pretty decent. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I like the hotel its the only one ifound that still offer smoking room very clean .i woud improve the breakfast.

The staff were always very helpful. The breakfast (due to the pandemic) was tasty but not as relaxing or convenient. I like strong coffee, so I was a little disappointed in the coffee. I wanted to use the workout room, but again due to the pandemic, it was closed. Not the problem of the hotel, this I know. The room was spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi was fun.
