The vanity in our bathroom was not cleaned. I’ve never had that happen at any place we stayed. Check in took a long time. The hot tub was not working. The room was nice but the patio not useable because there were constant vehicles and people using the garage right beneath us. I would not recommend this place.

Excellent place. We were unable to check in on the first night in the room. We had reserved because the room when we got there, we were told hadn’t been cleaned yet because of workers shortage. But we were taking care of. Wonderful staff.

The facility in general was nice overall. Our room felt kinda small considering the cost, the king bed was verrry firm/hard, and the toilet was unusually short (low to the ground). The view of the lake was great, but I don't see myself spending that much again for what we experienced.

The king suite we booked was beautiful and the food at the restaurant was good - comfortable bed, beautiful view, nice fridge and the bathroom was lovely. Downsides were noise from weddings right outside our window and no breakfast - which I thought would have been nice given the price but I wouldn’t let it stop me from staying again. Glad they had sustainable packaging for takeout, including bamboo utensils! We love to see it!

Overall a good stay.. there was a wedding reception/dance going on and it continued until midnight.. very loud base and vibration in our room making it hard to sleep. We were not notified of this until check in and if we would have known prior, we would have asked to change rooms Housekeeping is not offered daily which was also a bummer. Polite staff, great food, and excellent views.

It was nice to wake up and look out at the lake every morning. Though if not in the bed the view was obstructed by a tree. Not having daily housekeeping services such as sheets changed and trash taken out was disappointing. Could request trash pick up and fresh towels but would prefer to not have to worry about anything other than the next adventure while on vacation. Also bathroom was very small and could only accommodate one person though it was a room with two beds.

Very comfortable. Quick check in and out. Our room had a queen and twin bed and a very large bathroom. Room had a fridge, but no microwave. Fridge didnt have a freezer. No ice bucket or machine. You had to get a bag from some where else on the property. Wound up not bothering. Overall a very nice stay.
