My room was given away, despite being booked and completely paid for over a week before the stay. The biggest problem is that I REQUIRE a handicap accessible room because I use a wheelchair and that was the room that was given away. They had nothing else that was accessible, so I ended up driving home instead. It was a terrible experience, and this hotel used to be one of my favorites.
After waiting an hour to check in (not the fault of the hotel), we were routed out of bed by the fire alarm and then tried to sleep with the emergency strobe light that stayed on all night.
Terrible Service, had to change rooms twice, the first room we checked in was already occupied, second room was not even close to what i had booked. Third room was similar to was we booked, so we stayed. Room keys were deactivated once a day, requiring multiple trips to front desk. After the 3rd night we were told the room was not even assigned to us. Horrible odor of marijuana everywhere, parking lot felt like we were going to get murdered. The hotel room carpet was dirty enough to leave our feet black and there was a strip of missing carpet by the bathroom with nails sticking out. Definitely won't go back there again!
Close to shopping and restaurants. Eggs were way salty
Hallways were a bit dark. Breakfast was minimal with weak coffee. Room was nice as well as central gathering area.
The continental breakfast was disappointing. No fruit and very small quantities of yogurt were available. The woman working provided very good service with what was available.
This is a beautiful hotel and one that we prefer to stay in every time we come to the Cities. It is beautiful, quiet, clean, great breakfast and a good price!
Very comfortable bed! Very convenient location to the freeway and very nice gathering area where breakfast was served. Would stay again if I ever need a hotel in that area!
The small bathrooms and kindergarten toilets
Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was quite large. Shower door didn’t want to stay shut.
