A large 3BR apartment with full kitchen. One bedroom blanket had some dog hair, but overall clean. Be warned, a large SUV wont fit in the garage! Final directions for entry came late, but were clear.First floor tenant made some noise, but I imagine we made more with 6 of us up and down the stairs after being out all day.

The property and instructions were easy to access. The description was well overstated and falsely advertised. While the owner did make timely responses, it was also very deceitful that she stated the bottom unit of the duplex, “may have guests during your attendance,” but that it was actually the property owner herself that resides there and also was incredibly rude to our face. Presumably because she did not know that we knew she was the owner. The amenities were severely overstated as there is little to no amenities at all, and access to the not appealing of the property, the balcony, was explicitly denied, amongst other issues. I also highly suggest you have video surveillance on any vehicle that, “must be parked on the street,” as our rental was damaged, which we were responsible for. We visit Milwaukee often, but will NOT be returning to the property.

Not my favorite experience

We arrived at this property later at night. The surrounding properties are in disrepair. Grass in the front is in need off mowing. The downstairs unit had items hanging out the windows and on the front porch. Once we were inside the accommodations were better. not great.

Difficult to get aroubd from the driveway through the stairway. Very rough neighborhood not matching the ad. Very bad road condition on the street getting into the house.
