Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)

This place was fantastic! High-end in every way. Perfect location- just 10 minutes to Sausalito. Best patio- beautiful and so well kept. Highly recommend! Every box is checked for whatever you might need!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this charming Mill Valley cottage with our family. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to San Francisco adventures as well as Muir Woods.The property itself was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. We especially loved the artwork and furnishings from the owner’s family members, which gave the cottage a unique and personal feel. The host was very responsive and helpful, making everything smooth from start to finish.We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy spot that balances city access with outdoor adventure.

Great weekend spot

We had a great time staying here with our young kids. The owners were super nice and communicative, the place was charming and perfect with kids. They provided a pack and play which they set up for us and worked great. Would definitely stay here again!

A Great Short Stay

My wife and I stayed here for the second year running. A lovely guest house behind the main house, furnished for a very comfortable stay. Bedroom has a great bed and living room has a fold out bed that’s unusually comfortable! … Small but fully equipped kitchen. Same for the bathroom. Easy and efficient communication with the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quiet residential area with convenient on street parking.
