A/C worked but you had to run the settings low. Fridge was good but lots of frost in the freezer section of the mini fridge, needs to be defrosted.m but it worked. Microwave worked. It had a usb-a plug and outlet plug convenient located on the microwave. Didn’t try the usb plug but tried the outlet plug located on the microwave but it didn’t work so I used a different outlet for my clothes steamer I thought. Hot water worked but turned on and off intermittently a couple of times while I was showering in the morning. Easy to check in and check out. Rooms have updated flooring and furniture. It’s next to the freeway but only heard it of you opened the bathroom window. Rooms were standard motel quiet with slight noise near the door, hearing other doors open during the day. No noise at night. No vent fan in the bathrooms of the rooms we booked. Would book again though for the convenience and the location to easily get on and off the freeway and the updated feel of the room and fridge / microwave.

I checked in to find it was not the room or amenities I asked for. No tub, despite vooking a room with a tub. I walked in for 3 minutes, and when I went to the desk to tell them it was the wrong room, they said they had no other rooms, despite me finding a room with the jetted tub still available. The person at the desk said since I went into the room, I had already "used" the room and he couldnt resell it. Garbage customer service.

I enjoyed a 3-night stay while visiting friends in the area. Easy access from the freeway. Quiet, peaceful atmosphere by the water. The bed was very comfortable with very soft linens. The lobby coffee was good. In-room coffee…not so much. Dining nearby is limited, but PIATTI is pricy but very good. This was the perfect choice for me.

I love staying there. I find something new everytime I stay, like the amazing Thai resturant behind Safeway. I loove the lagoon, and having a clean room when I return at the end of day. Yes - I do extended stays. sometimes the patrons are loud in the parking lot - yelling and such, but everything else makes up for it
