The latest addition to Vista at Walnut Beach by ARY LLC. 12 Laurel is a Brand-new spacious beach house with amazing water views just steps to the beach, located next to our other property- 10 Laurel. Reserve one or both properties for your large family vacations, your dream wedding at the new waterfront event venue- Tyde at Walnut Beach or your extended business trip. Two bedrooms can be configured with either a king size bed or two twin XLs depending on your preferred sleeping arrangements and the other bedroom has a queen bed.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
