Got a key to an occupant room. Then I reserved a room for four people they they tried to substitute for a king size bed. And some one of my family would of had to sleep on the floor. I was pissed. It was my birthday and things were ruined

the staff was very courteous and friendly and our jacuzzi room was very, very clean. Also, there aren't very many motels these days that have a real jacuzzi brand jacuzzi
Overall condition, room and amenities very good. Southwest rear entry door doesn’t lock for keycard access. Entryway floors could use some cleanIng as well as the bathroom floor. Bathroom ceiling fan extremely noisy and advised desk. They were to get maintenance on it same day. Stayed 2 nights. Awoke the second morning with small bumps on my face hands arms. Didn’t think an issue until they started to itch about an hour later. Not sure what caused it. Would suggest maybe changing the pillows and mattress or at least a thorough precautionary cleaning. All this wouldn’t discourage me from staying again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and with all needed amenities. Breakfast was yummy, typical continental. I enjoyed option to make a waffle. Pool area was nice. Water temp not too chilly or too warm. Room temp warm enough to not freeze when stepping out of pool and not too warm to suffer if not swimming. Would stay again if back in the area.
Fitness center Bike did not work at all, and the eliptical was on 1 routine only - could not change. Rooms were fairly clean, but safe did not work either. All said, people were nice and helpful and it was enough to lay our heads at night.
I understand can’t help fires, but to be woke up by fire alarm at 6 then it shuts off, to have no reason why. Then at 7 goes off again and decided to go down stairs since I had no clue. Walked outside still no reason. The only thing they finally said before we left was sorry for the inconvenience.

Filthy rooms, friendly staff. Bugs in the window ledge, hairballs on the beds, lampshades, and in the shower. Shoe stain on bed.
