Do not have an elevator to get to the rooms on the upper floor which is an inconvenience for people with disabilities and wasn’t made aware of this until I showed up to the property. There was a dead fly in my window seal. The toilet paper roll in the bathroom was empty which made me concerned if the room was properly cleaned in the first place. Went to use the coffee machine and I didn’t add water to it but water was coming out of it so didn’t use it after seeing that…They didn’t have a tv guide so I had to flick threw channels to find something to watch …they didn’t have any advertisements on near by restaurants that suck. And their options for breakfast is very limited so I payed extra money compared to hotels that offer no breakfast for nothing…
The hotel itself was clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately the room itself was not good. Many things were broken including the plugs, phone, and tub. I specifically booked this hotel and this room for the jacuzzi tub and it did not work. I would recommend this hotel for a basic room simply because the staff were nice and the hotel was clean, but there needs to ne repairs made. I was very disappointed.

Needs a serious update: furniture old and shabby, huge stain on welcoming carpet didn't look too welcoming.
WIFI too weak to use. Road and train noise very bad - starts at 4AM. TV cable has minimal selections and needs to offer alternatives to Fox news
Staff was friendly. The hotel is run down the beds are uncomfortable and we had to buy new pillows. They didn’t have enough clean towels to give us what we needed at once. The pool is NOT heated and the hot tub could have been hotter. The rooms are small the lights don’t turn right on and at point we though the bathroom light stopped working but it finally came on. The toilet was not fastened properly and rocked a lot. The room was not the best or the worst we have ever been in and there was a funky smell sometimes when we came back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a long term stay but it would do as an over night passing through. Oh and the fitness room the floor would get wet when you stepped on it so I ended up doing my workout else where.

This is one of the poorest hotel experiences I've had. We arrived late and I was feeling ill upon checking in, so we did not leave immediately and stayed the night. The hotel smelled of heavy chemicals when we walked in and that was exacerbated in our rooms. The floors were filthy and my son's feet were black from dirt. The floors were sticky to walk on. The top throw blanket seemed wet and stained with something on one of the beds. The charge ports were filthy with gunk and didn't look like they had been cleaned in ages. Still, the worst was found in the morning of departure when my husband was showering and he asked if the dirty rags hanging atop the shower curtain were mine or the kids' and they certainly were not ours. This was cringeworthy to us all. When I talked to a worker on the way out to inform of the conditions, the first thing I mentioned was the dirty rags. I received a puzzled look and a response, "That's it? Dirty rags?" This response took me aback and I continued. I was given a 10% discount. My family and I had planned on eating the continental breakfast, which was part of the reason we chose the hotel. We found ourselves too grossed out to stomach this, so we will spend the money to buy breakfast. This hotel is not worth it. My advice to you: find another hotel, spend a little more, and go somewhere you can eat, shower, and sleep in confidence.
The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Staff was very friendly! The bathroom was GROSS. There was pee all under the toilet bowl and hairs on the bathroom floor. I took a bath and had that view. (Sigh) Theres no possible way anyone cleaned that toilet. Beds were so uncomfortable. We would definitely not stay here again:
