Room was dirty. The hot tub was really dirty and breakfast was subpar. Shelves in the room were broken. This place is not what was portrayed online. Very disappointing.

Parking was easy with cameras. Staff helped recover my gf lost phone. Very happy with our service and stay! Breakfast was better than most places.

No one came to change our bedding daily or give us clean towels at all we were there 3 nights. No clean towels exchange no clean bedding changed and no iron in the room, no phone in the room to call the front desk. The beds were not soft not comfortable and the blankets were so small not warm very thin.

The room was DISGUSTING! No lights in the bathroom, when i got them to work they flickered and were not bright (i have a video of them not working) There was RED AND BROWN STAINS all over my sheets. The night stand was broken and there were no outlets anywhere. Then our room key wouldnt let us back into our room when we left for breakfast and came back so we had to deal with that too. Literally so disgusting would never go again.

No available outlets near desk/table. The only available outlet was behind refrigerator had refrigerator, microwave and tv plugged into it. One of the chairs had a damaged leg. Loved not having to wait for water to heat up for shower.
