Didn’t even get the room I paid for , was notified the room wasn’t available the early morning of my flight. When we arrived … we got placed into a tiny underground room with basically no light , no windows with fresh air. Gave us 50% off even though the room they moved us to costs way less …. Plus no discount for the inconvenience not even an apology. We were basically asked to either move to that horrible room or cancel and be room less. Horrible experience.

Steps from the beach
The beach front view and the ocean are amazing. We weren’t affected by the Miami Beach BreakUp With Spring Breakers police presence like in South Beach. My family loved spending time on the beach: we loved reading under the umbrella, rallying the volleyball, going on runs/walks, and really appreciated the lifeguard nearby. The townhouse appliances worked great for us: electric range/oven, cute refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, Miele stacked washer & dryer, ceiling fans, easy to use hvac controls, we couldn’t figure out the downstairs tv so just use the upstairs one. The bed is comfortable but my kids were looking for bed linens/pillows for the sofa beds. Having parking included is great and only realized the other guests when waiting in the parking valet line. Pool and sauna facilities are closed for construction and no notice was given when water was turned off in the building. Check-in with the security staff was easy and building staff are polite and helpful. It’s a great base to explore/enjoy Miami. Really appreciated having the opportunity to stay and enjoy your VRBO townhouse.

Honestly just the perfect location and place to stay. It wasn’t super busy or loud near us, it was very relaxing and nice and the beach was right in our backyard. Tremendous place.
