The breakfast was NOT good, and the selections of food were so limited. It reminded me more so of an inn rather than a resort. The premise has absolutely no parking, so we were stuck having to park in public areas, which became pretty expensive. There was an ant infestation, which went into our belongings. The elevators have a musty smell. The pool was unavailable, which really put a hamper in our vacation. The view was nice; however, the room tops need to be cleaned. The shower water had weak pressure. The good thing about this hotel is that it is in a very convenient area close to many restaurants and shopping stores such as Walgreens and Publix.

The Sherry is not what the pictures show. The place is dated, the pool looks like it’s been down for years. The rooms are extremely dated, luckily we spent most of our time out in Miami. The Sherry was a disappointment, next time, we will not be staying there.

The beach front is beautiful. Everything else very bad. They didn't clean the room during the three days we stayed. We notified the front desk. Nothing was done. The tv in the room didn't work. I tried to call the front desk and the phone cable was broken. The swimming pool was pretty dirty.

The view and location of the hotel is perfect! There is beach access. The hotel is old and several things did not work in our room that had oceanview. When we got to the room, there was no remote. I picked up the phone to call front desk and the phone was not working. The phone jack plate on the wall was off and hanging. Maintenance came up with a replacement remote but was not able to fix the phone. The sliding door to the patio was stiff and would not open so easily.

We stood there for 5 day our bed was done onece. You need a concierge for your guest. The staff had a book with tours but with an old number that didn't call back. I think you need a fresh start put some ideas in place and have a grand opening. For starts.

Being able to walk to the beach in under 5 minutes was great. They provide with with chairs and towels every day. I wish the breakfast was more of a variety- it was mostly oatmeal, cereal, and toast.. but for the location the price is pretty unbeatable. Don’t have high expectations for customer service, although it seems like a Miami thing (they don’t really seem to care about tourists). It’s a great hotel if you don’t have high expectations.

We had a wonderful evening there. Spent some great time at beach which is only few steps away and then enjoyed swimming in the pool. Huge Chess board is their unique feature. Breakfast was also quite rich. Place is located in a happening vicinity.
