The property is located close to the beach and has a funky, cool 'boutique-y hotel' vibe going which really works, situated so close to the beach. The restaurant and patio is magical and a major selling point for the hotel. The staff were all extremely accommodating.

I am generally Marriott committed but will skip the points and free stays from Bonvoy for Local House every time in Miami. This is a true boutique hotel with a commitment to each guest’s satisfaction. It is just a few blocks away from the hustle of Ocean Drive, and it is situated by the water. The rooftop pool is quiet and offers beautiful views of the ocean and city. A for this hotel and staff.
This hotel was amazing! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was in a very nice quiet end of Ocean Drive but I would not suggest buying coffee or drinks they were very high priced

The local house is in a great area of Miami. Close to everything, but much quieter for a family vacation. We loved the proximity to south beach and Ocean Drive. The rooftop pool area was fantastic. We had dinner up there with the city around us, it felt like our private oasis. Highly recommend.
