➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can`t promise you`ll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can`t guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.

➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

➤ We only provide 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel per guest.

➤ Please remember to keep your parking remote safe in order to avoid a $50 charge for a replacement.

1. Please contact me through the platform if you have any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. If you lose the parking remote, there will be a $50 fee to replace it.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do NOT Stay Here!

From the moment we arrived, this rental was a complete disaster. There was a permit taped to the door, which immediately raised red flags. The place was filthy—clearly not cleaned before our stay. Communication with the host was awful and completely unprofessional. They were unresponsive, didn’t greet us, and had no idea where anything was in the house.Worse, when we tried to get in touch about these serious issues, we were blocked. Yes—blocked. We had to call the police and VRBO just to try and reach the owner. Eventually, we were told to contact the owner directly (how is that even possible if VRBO is the listing platform?!). We made multiple calls—over three times—and got no response.Everything about this stay was stressful, shady, and frustrating. They even tried to scam us which forced us to go through extreme measures just to get help.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache—do not book this property. If I was vrbo I would banned them from listing this as a property available to anyone. This is not how you run any type of business!
