This spacious townhouse is located in the heart of Fontainebleau, minutes from MIA Airport, shopping, dining, and ,more. The townhouse features 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the living room has a cozy area for lounging with the family as well as a dedicated workspace. The backyard is private and has plenty of space for entertaining guests, including an outdoor patio with a BBQ grill.Family friendly, located in the heart of Fontainebleau. Neighbors are very greetable and collaborative. Right by the community there is a day care with joyous kids playing around. Safe and lively neighborhood.The community has two entrances which are closed one from the other. When coming in from 8th St, East-bound, make a left into the neighborhood. A good reference to know where you are is the day care next to the entrance and a community dumpster. Unit #5 will be in the middle of the street. The unit has 2 parking spots marked with #5s on them.
