My wife and I stayed here for a few nights while we were in Miami Beach. The hotel was clean and the location can’t be beat. You’re near everything. Everything is within walking distance or a quick uber. They were very welcoming and accommodating. Maude was wonderful. We would definitely go back. We love Miami and we will be back again . :) Thanks so much for the great experience.

The internet was great, and many outlets to plug into in the room. Air conditioning was wonderful and the access to the beach was absolutely perfect! It has a premium location for Miami Beach south. The staff was very responsive and accommodating.

The check in and check out was very easy. Simply gave us the code for the building and room. Rooms were clean and I especially liked the shower. Very close to shops and restaurants. The beach was literally 3 blocks away! When we come back to Miami, we will definitely book here again

I was disappointed because I usually go by other guests review,, which it was great. The room is in desperate need to upgraded, floors loose, furniture needs to be replaced, chipped, a fan so loud that they provide ear plugs. I was afraid I was going to see a muse so I left the light on all night. The location is great, with lots of restaurants, and near the beach.

This hidden gem was perfect for my wife and I. Location was excellent, close to the busy areas but just far enough to be quiet. The staff was excellent and really made sure our stay was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is old and the mirror, counter tops and shower stone were all cracked. The mirror crack was taped with aluminum foil tape. If you just need a place to rest, this will do it! Very close to beach and restaurants and everything was easy.

In terms of customer service I have travelled a lot and never seen anything like this. The team are very responsive and reactive always ensuring that everything is taken care of. They go above and beyond and if there is any issues they are very quick to respond and solve these issues. It’s very refreshing to stay somewhere like this where you are treated like a real guest like it used it be back in the days. If I am ever in Miami again I would only stay here!

I stayed for one week in a superior king on the second floor. The room was clean and spacious, and the a/c kept the room cool and comfortable. I did not use the sauna feature in the shower because the controls scared me, but there was always plenty of hot water. I appreciate that the hotel management accommodated me by allowing me to store my luggage before check-in. They were also good about checking in to see if all was going well and responded to me very quickly via WhatsApp. I also really well all week. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. I would stay again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Saint Augustine Hotel in South Beach. It’s a cute, quaint boutique hotel with a nice, relaxed feel. The self-service check-in was easy, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we liked having a seating area in the lobby plus a spot to sit and eat if we brought food back. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the location is great—close enough to the South Beach action, but far enough away to feel peaceful when you want a break. The staff were friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
