ALL Guests will be Required to Pay a $130 plus tax Check-Out Cleaning Fee Directly to the Resort at Check-Out.

However, upon check-in at the front desk, guests have the option to select additional cleaning services if desired.
- Every Other Day or Everyday Cleaning: at $70 for each cleaning

***Important Note: Taxes will be applied to both the Check-Out fee of $130 and the Optional Cleaning at/by the Resort if Chosen by the Guest – which is a total tax of 14% (State & Resort)

VALET PARKING: Daily valet rates $60 plus tax per day. Rates may vary based on the hotel and are subject to change.

Upon your arrival, a credit card and valid ID must be handed in for check-in. As with every other hotel, this is just for a security deposit that WILL be returned to you almost immediately after check-out.

NOTE: You can stay with a group of up to 5 guests, but you may need to include a cot or rollaway bed for an extra cost.

**Attention: A HOLD DEPOSIT on your account shall be placed for $250 per night for the duration of your stay. Your card will NOT be charged. Please be advised that guests are required to present a valid debit or credit card only; cash payments are not accepted.

However, if the hotel does seem to find any damage within the room, the guest shall be contacted for further questioning and can result in you being charged.

Guests have access to all resort facilities; however, some of these places, such as the resort's restaurants, have extra fees.

Daybeds by the pool and beach are a paid amenity. If you are interested in reserving beds, feel free to ask our staff about doing so. Additionally, beach umbrellas are available for an additional cost. Please Note: During peak season and sold-out weekends, elevator delays may occasionally occur due to high guest volume in the building.
