💬 Guest Access & Support

Guests have full access to the apartment and all building facilities. We’ll give you the privacy you need, but we’re always just a call away if you’d like tips or assistance during your stay.

A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the unit after checkout.
1. We hope you understand that noise is a concern for neighbors, especially after 11pm.
2. Please keep in mind that if there is any noise/smoke reported, your booking will be cancelled without refund. This also applies if there are more people coming than expected.
3. We can provide early check in before 3pm or late check out after 11am upon availability. An extra fee of $20 per hour will be apply for the extra time of stay.
4. No wet swimming suit, tanning lotion or makeup on the sofa or bed. Do not wipe make up with the towels we provide. We will bill for permanently stained towels and sheets.
5. We love animals but some of our guests are allergic to animal trace so no pets including service animal.
6. For any issues or complaints, we will try to resolve within 24 hours. We do not issue refund.
