Casa Vieja. Muy cerca de Coyoacán y metro Zapata.

Nuestra casa se encuentra ubicada en el antiguo barrio de Santa Cruz Atoyac, reconocido como uno de los originarios de la Ciudad de México, muy cerca de Coyoacán y de la Casa Azul de Frida Kahlo (5 minutos en coche o 20 minutos caminando, para aprovechar y visitar la Cineteca Nacional), siendo una parte de la ruta que Hernán Cortés usaba para llegar del centro de la ciudad a su casa. Igualmente en esta antigua casa vivió la reconocida actriz María Rubio, donde practicaba cada día para sus interpretaciones.

En la zona encontrarán dos plazas comerciales, supermercados y el mercado antiguo de la colonia donde hay gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas, así como farmacias, todo a 5 minutos a pie. Es un barrio muy seguro para sentirse tranquilos.

También se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando el metro Zapata, por donde uno se puede trasladar rápidamente al centro de la Ciudad de México, al norte para visitar la Villa-Basílica de Guadalupe, o bien, al sur donde se encuentran zonas coloniales, arqueológicas o el famoso lago de Xochimilco al cual recomendamos llegar en coche.

La casa es algo grande ya que tiene tres niveles, con techos altos, una hermosa terraza con sol casi todos los días del año la cual se puede usar para relajarse o como lugar de recreación, en la planta baja tiene una cocina con un comedor largo para compartir, igualmente nos encargamos de que a ningún cuarto le faltara luz natural y ventilación.

Todo el inmobiliario ha sido renovado y adecuado para que el impacto negativo que generamos al planeta sea mínimo, por medio de un enorme calentador solar, regaderas ahorradoras de agua que son más que suficientes para tener un baño eficiente y agradable, retretes nuevos con certificación ecológica que usan poca agua a comparación de los antiguos, los electrodomésticos y focos para iluminación están diseñados para ahorrar electricidad. Igualmente tenemos algunos productos “verdes”, de la marca Ajolote Negro, para baño en caso de que haya olvidado traer su jabón y/o shampoo.
