Staff was very helpful, but my room had a very strong mildew smell that made it uncomfortable They had a hot breakfast but ran out of eggs and other items, didn't seem to be anyone in charge of that.

The carpet was disgusting. The bottoms of our socks were black.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The location was great. What could be improved on is the smoke smell. The popcorn in the lobby helps,(the kids loved the popcorn) but I'm very sensitive and have kids with asthma. My suggestion is: maybe having automatic airfreshners throughhout the building would balance things out. But overall, we had a nice stay and would stay again. Thanks!

After the kids work hard for their win in the basketball tournament, the luxurious comfort of the beds was just what we all needed. They were soft but supportive in the right places. If I could have fit it in my car it would have went home with me ;) And the pillows, love love love them. I must find out where to buy one. The continental breakfast was delicious. The gentleman who readied it I never got his name but he was a delight. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!

hotel not as presented. needs updating, wallpaper coming off wall, carpet was dirty, location not as presented. breakfast could be better. Staff very nice and accommodating. As a single female senior citizen was not comfortable with location. not located in area I had decided on. I expect better from this chain, I use them quite often.

Memphis was our intended stop as we drove south on our road trip. We arrived really late in the evening, but luckily someone was there to smoothly check us in. There were also plenty of parking spaces available. Luckily we were able to get additional toiletries since we had forgotten ours (toothpaste...). Breakfast was filling and pretty good. I can never complain about a free breakfast that serves warm food. Overall, it was a good stay for our needs. It's not ideal for the traveller looking to stay near downtown, but it is perfect for those who are in need of a comfortable place to stay overnight.

I enjoyed this stay as always. It was short notice to find a hotel room becuz of the circumstances of death n the family, but as always my room was very accommodating. Good job.

Facilities were close to the airport and location of business so it was very convenient.

Book this hotel last minute for my mom who was traveling from Texas to Kentucky & i coulnt have been more happy with how comfortable she was. Great location right off the highway, staff was super friendly & the FREE breakfast in the morning was her favorite part! :) (good selection)

This isn't a place we'll ever stay again, although the experience could've been worse. Pros: - Friendly staff who tried to help (not very successfully, but they did try) - Reasonably comfortable bed - Good climate control - Convenient to our destination - Low-traffic area - Iron worked Cons: - Toilet wasn't bolted to floor and felt like it would fall over - Prong was broken off in outlet causing electrocution hazard - Hallway (in non-smoking area) reeked of smoke - Both sheets and towels were very cheap cotton-polyester blend - Vending area contained no vending machines - Sink was plumbed backwards, so I nearly scalded myself trying to turn the water temperature down

Clean, convenient lication. Good breakfast. Internet is a little slow, but overall it is a nice hotel.

We normally prefer the Hampton but couldn't find any that weren't booked. Read a review stating this hotel was nicer than your average Comfort Inn. The review was right on. We had a very pleasant stay and can only say good things about the staff. The breakfast was comparable to the Hampton breakfast and free! The gentleman in charge of breakfast was so nice as to check with guests, making sure they were done before closing up. Would stay again.

We only stayed for 6 he's.. The room was nice shower was great... Beds was soft will soft an firm pillows. Would stay again whenever I come back through Memphis Tennessee...

I was surprised by the comfort Inn room. It was larger and cleaner than what I usually get at comfort inns. A really good value.

For this road trip, so far it's on top of our list for customer's service. We were greeted by the front desk staff with such enthusiasm and even provided us with printed maps for places/ attractions that we can visit. The room was clean, spacious and everything we need was basically there ( toiletries and lots of towels). Would definitely stay here if we happen to go back to Memphis. Great customer service from the point a guest enters the hotel goes a long way!

When we arrived and checked in, the hotel did not have the accommodations we reserved. The STAFF UPGRADED our room at no extra cost. That is what I call "outstanding service." The breakfast was much better than expected. . . Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fresh orange juice, delicious coffee, assorted cereals, yoghurt, toast, bagels. The breakfast alone would have been at least $15 if you went out to eat. I plan on staying there on our return trip.

Overall the place is great value. The room was clean and a decent size with two queen beds. The only downside is it's distance from downtown.

The hotel is nice & clean. The first two nights, our sleep was interrupted by the toilet occasionally running. It took 2 attempts to fix it, but was taken care promptly on both reports. Our room had two Queen beds & a table with two chairs. The chairs provided were uncomfortable for to sit in after 30 minutes. Optional seating (Sofa or Chairs) to watch TV from would've been better. Each morning the hotel provided breakfast with a nice variety. Overall, I think the hotel is better than the current 2 star rating.

Good for running and business. 1st floor is for smokers only.

they where working on making the hotel better but I liked the location and the place as a total.
