I stayed here for four nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My first room had to be changed because of bugs — not just in the bed or bathroom, but literally inside the coffee maker. Completely unacceptable. By the third night, my vehicle was broken into and my wallet was stolen. The hotel staff refused to check the security cameras, even after the police asked. They said they would “look into it in a few days.” That’s not how you handle theft or guest safety. I had flown in for this trip and was suddenly stranded without my ID, credit cards, or any help from the hotel. No offer of assistance, no urgency, and no concern for a paying guest left in an awful situation. If you value cleanliness, security, or even basic customer service, stay anywhere else. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unhelpful when things go wrong.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was still open in mid September which was nice! Our room only had 2 towels and they weren’t replaced after the first night. But when I asked for more at front desk, she gladly supplied me with some. The breakfast both mornings was lacking. Not much to choose from, waited for hot food. No cups for juice, nothing in fridge such as yogurt on 2nd morning, and the milk for cereal was frozen. The rooms are spacious and nice, although dark. I wish the fan worked in the bathroom but they never have when I’ve stayed here (multiple times for sports). I would love the breakfast to get up to speed. Overall, very convenient location and friendly staff.
