Most of the rooms lack cleanliness. Dirty towels, mattress, and bathroom are very dirty. Mattress covers have holes. AC takes forever to cool. They switched the rooms for us .. But still, the room is quite dirty. Nothing is provided for breakfast except for coffee, and cereal.

The room was not cleaned properly. The blankets had cigarette holes on them. The bathroom light did not work! (Luckily my son brought a flashlight). The room only comes with 2 towels and 2 rags. I asked for 2 more since i had 3 kids with me. Front desk refused to give me any. The ice machines don't work. The parking lot makes you not want to get out of your car. People who on live on the streets wander around the parking lot all night.

light out in shower, smoke detector in ceiling removed, both elevators out of order, no light in stair well at the 4th floor, stairs were dirty with trash, curtains couldnt be made to completely cover the windows, letting in bright light.

Not bad for a quick overnight stay on a long road trip. Staff was extremely friendly. Only complaint about the room was there was visible mold present on the shower curtain which raised questions about the overall cleanliness of the room that I could not see with my eyes. Also there was no free breakfast as advertised, thankfully there’s a Waffle House within walking distance if you need coffee or some breakfast fuel before hitting the road again.

This is a crack hotel. They have drug dealers hookers and all kind off people outside the front of the hotel all night making a lot of noise. They didn’t have breakfast. The rooms are very dirty with cigarette holes burnt into the bed sheets. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling.

Filthy Place

First I pay for this room on hotels.com and then I had to pay for the room AGAIN at the location?? The room was filthy toilet made a hissing noise every 15 minutes. Shower was moldy and dirty. Towels were stained and dirty roaches in the light. Cigarette burns on the bedding stains on the bedding pillows dirty curtains wouldn’t close all the way. Don’t waste your time or your money. I stayed for 4 hours and left

Where do I start? First, the check-in there's a 'fee' of $50 that's not listed on this website, for damages that could possibly occur. Honestly, they should pay you to stay here! The neighborhood USED TO BE a decent area, but not so much anymore! Second, the room was disgusting, dirty, dust inches thick in the vent above the toilet, brown water coming from the tub faucet, smoke detectors with NO batteries, sprinklers covered up by plastic, windows so thin you could hear EVERYTHING outside. Random kids running in the parking lot and up and down the hallways, the elevator closest to the lobby didn't work, and that's just the TIP of the iceberg. Stay here, and YOU WILL regret it!! If I had other means, I would have stayed elsewhere!!

The property was sketchy. When I tried to get in to check in the door was locked and the person wasn’t watching the cameras. The parking area was not secure, the doors which were supposed to open via keycard were locked after a certain hour and it made me and my daughter feel unsafe. The rundown condition of the building and the room was not a good look either. But you get what you pay for and I got no rest.

Arrived to find the hotel did not meet listed images. Parking lot and grounds overgrown and in poor repair. Broken items and clutter visible (piled up against the inside of room windows facing the street). Lots of people wandering through the parking lot who did not appear to be guests. Family did not feel that we or our vehicle would be secure overnight. We decided to drive on another 10-15 minutes to find hotel for the evening.

My first ever review. AC in room was not good, kept it cool enough 😒… Room key stopped working TWICE, on a 3 night stay. Didn’t try pool, was hot in there anyways, and like 80/90 outside. Food?!? Ha! Only coffee too. Drink( I think they took orange/apple juice out on purpose to save $) food? No syrup, croissant looked deflated and old, uh, food? I forgot what was in the one, was like 1 thing? , but other looked like harden milk(no not gravy). There was no do not disturb card. They didn’t anyways. I can’t say the people were bad. Can’t say the people were bad, just didn’t interact, the one local receptionist was nice? But they let … people loiter outside, maybe selling drugs, idk. I expected more from Americinn, I know the area wasn’t the best, but come on. Overall, a little disappointed, expected more, food… beverages, and AC, were key point, they rest is whatever, idk why the key didn’t work, annoying at that. I came knowing it wasn’t a great area.

Sufficient Enough

I came in to the hotel with a locked front door (key only access) and no one at the front desk to let me in. Once let in by a young man I assumed was a guest, I stood at the desk for 3-5mins waiting to be checked in and given my room key. A disgruntled worker stormed into the lobby during my check in yelling and cursing at the man who was checking me in ( I assume the shift manager) . He did not apologize for the disruption. The elevator was broke and the low lit stairwell smelled heavily of urine and trash. My room was nice and clean and l felt like hit a one night stay, my accommodations were sufficient.
