The first appearance of this hotel is great. The lovely lobby entrance/temperatures, glass elevator and very nice receptionist at check-in for my 2-day stay. Here is where it fell apart: I opened up my room door and was hit with a not so lovely fragrance (the smell was like the carpet was shampooed and not left to properly dry; mildewed) Me being a single woman staying here for work was uncomfortable since the hotel parking was filled with men just socializing in the parking lot and strange people walking around the parking lot after work hours. ( I had to run into the hotel entrance and room to feel safe.) I also went down to the breakfast area the next morning and was RUDELY told by the attendant that the waffle maker was out of order. (there was 2 there and only one had an out of order sign on it) I proceeded on to get something else and the other attendant started reaching over me to start picking up the equipment so I just left and had to go elsewhere to purchase breakfast. The final take was when I woke up for 2:30 am on my final day of the stay to prepare to check out for my flights and went into the bathroom. I have a video as my proof of the roaches crawling on the floor and bathtub. (I was sickened to my stomach and couldn't wait to get out of this hotel) I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone PERIOD!

Ms Asia is what keeps this property going. Her hard work and dedication shows how passionate she is about helping people.

It was a fine hotel but my room had a funny smell.

Check in was great, very friendly helpful staff. Pull out bed had dirty cover on it so they came and removed. Provided us with extra blankets and pillows upon request. Very quiet. Central location, close to all main attractions.

Rooms were nice. Elevator broke while we were there. Pool not open long enough and its super hot in there. Don't expect much for breakfast!!! Staff was friendly.

Location was perfect and they accepted our 1 cat with a non-refundable pet deposit and the breakfast selection was good. That's the only positives, elevator smelled like urine, key cards wouldn't work consistently on outside doors, all the luggage carts were broken in some way, lights in hallways were flickering, lots of old mattresses were leaning by one of the main doors.

Didn't get there til really late but was welcomed. Room although had hairs and spiders in the sink :(

Wasn't my first choice in places to stop. I'm well aware that the Quality Inns vary in condition so I was a little skeptical. Front desk clerk took a little longer to check us in and was somewhat unfriendly. We noticed some construction going on but little did we know that we were placed right next to the rooms under construction. I was woken at 2:45 am. Hearing noises that sounded like drilling and hammering, I kept waiting for it to stop. Finally after about 45 minutes I called down to the front desk. The person who answered said there was NO WAY that they would stop the construction. She said that if we wanted to move we could. Just what I wanted to hear knowing that we had a long day ahead of us. Breakfast was decent and the lady working there was more friendly. Recommend giving them another year to finish the construction. Then it may not be so bad. But then again with management's attitude towards the guests.....will it really be better? No Quality here.

This was not a 3 star hotel. Your site rated it excellent. It was not!. The hotel furniture was old and worn. The exercise room was closed. And they were doing renovations. The HBO was also out. It wasn't dirty, but it definitely was not an excellent or good rating. If we had known they were renovating or there was no exercise room to use. We WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED THERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

An ok hotel with nice hotel rates! Breakfast was great, indoor pool looked good but rooms could have been nicer for the price. Bed was uncomfortable.
