"Clean wasn't cleaned properly. Past guests soap still out, which they slid back into the plastic wrap. Hairs in bathroom. Rude staff. Very little breakfast. Hot breakfast containers empty. Water etc shut off so we couldn't even get a drink."

"Stayed at this hotel for the Miami F1. Good location to take an Uber to the Aventura Station to pick up the shuttle to Hard Rock Stadium. Was slightly dated but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Was a large room with a King bed and had a microwave and fridge which was useful for takeaways and drinks. The breakfast was simple but adequate, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals etc. Good locaton with Dennys, iHop, Burger King in close proximity. Staff were friendly and supportive. Would definitely stay there again."

"There was a smell of marijuana outside the room. People were smoking it all day by the pool. The second bedroom mattress was hard as a rock. They were doing repairs to the wall outside the master bedroom. They were using a hammerdrill on the concrete wall of our bedroom."
