I recently stayed at this Best Western, and while the exterior looked nice, the experience inside was extremely disappointing. First, it’s important to note that the hotel is located right next to a gentleman’s club — something that may make some guests uncomfortable. The front desk receptionist was friendly when we checked in, which I appreciated, but things went downhill quickly after that. When we entered our first room, there was a strong odor, and we noticed mold on the ceiling and along the walls. We immediately requested another room. The second room didn’t have a TV remote, and when we called the front desk, we were told only one person was on staff, so it would take some time. The remote finally arrived around 11 p.m., but it wouldn’t sync to the TV. We called again and were told to wait until the next morning. However, the next day no one came to clean our room, replace towels, or fix the TV issue. When we called again, we were told there was still only one person on staff and to wait until the following morning — but we were checking out that day. Overall, we had no working TV, no housekeeping, and had to change rooms because of mold. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location until they address their maintenance and staffing issues.

The entire hotel was dirty the only thing that was nice was the lobby. The elevator was was small dirty and noisy. The room smelled like mildew and had a humidifier in it. There was roaches crawling in the bathroom and in the microwave. It was terrible, I couldn't even stay there. I left immediately and had to find another hotel for my stay

This place has wonderful customer service. The people here are really delightful and would be the only reason why I would return, but unfortunately, this hotel did have roaches. I saw at least three when crawling in the bathroom when crawling on the walls in the main room, roach eggs hidden behind the couch.

Spoke with GM regarding refunding majority of stay. Had to move rooms several times due to stenches, uncleanliness of rooms, and bugs. Would not recommend this to anyone. Seated next door to a strip club. Not child safe. Broken appliances and fixtures. Housekeeping did not properly clean rooms and returned to room after being out all day to ants infesting bags. Staff brought in stray cats. GM wanted me to meet half-way after my terrible experiences and would fight against full refund and had excuses for fake reviews and lack of cleanliness for the facility. Will never go here again. Waiting on partial refund and if not received, will be filing for full refund going so far as to charge back my credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was definitely across from a gentleman’s club. I saw two ladies of the night in line who had just come out a van in the parking lot. It didn’t seem like they’d planned for the whole night. The night girl did not smile once. She was as robotic.
