Nice clean room. A little outdated but very good value for the price paid. Breakfast was grab & go muffins and a granola bar. Staff were very friendly. Places to eat within walking distance.
A little strange staying during the Covid pandemic. Had to ask for extra toilet paper, soap, etc. I guess because these things can’t be sanitized? I would assume no one would touch these items until the room was rented.
Short stay on a cross-country trip. Room was surprisingly large and comfortable. Check in was quick!
We loved the updated rooms and newer carpet. We attended Knoxville Sprint Races and the location was perfect; halfway between Knoxville and Des Moines.
the weather was terrible and i left on monday.its not fair i have to pay for a room that i wan't going to use. but i knew about the no refund. i wont use you again because of this.
