Pool was nice, great that it stayed open later than most. Room was nice, deducted because no adjustments for fridge and wasn't very cold. Had more healthy choice for breakfast than most and eating area was kept up.

Wonderful room and bed. Great breakfast. Hotel desk clerk was very nice. The supervisor was rude. They wouldn't let us get Carlson points because we booked online. We got 4 rooms just because of the points here and they wouldn't let us have any. Very poor hotel policy if it truly is. Other than this person it was great accept the pool was small and very warm and they needed ventilation in the room. Hot tub was great.
My son attends and plays football for Central College in Pella and our family has tried all of the hotels in town over the past 2 years. The Country Inn is far and above the nest choice in town. Clean rooms, helpful staff, clean pool/sauna, great breakfast in the morning...can't think of any reason to not stay here every time we are in town. If you have a group and will be staying for more than an evening, pay the extra $10 for the 2 room suite...you will be happy you did.
We were there to move my son into the dorms at the college. We were there 4 nights. The staff at the hotel were extremly helpful and more than happy to help in anyway they could. Loved it. Will definately go back every year.
