Loved the location, overall cleanliness and amenities. However our mattress was soooo uncomfortable that it was by far the worst sleep in a hotel my husband and I had ever had. Also it was quite hot in our room so we turned on the AC. Didn’t really help. It was very loud and the vents were dirty. We stayed in room 216 if this helps the staff remedy the two problems.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Check-in and Check-out was easy. The breakfast was good and happy to see they were able to have egg options available. It was very helpful since I need to eat gluten free.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff didn’t greet us or really speak to us at all. Checked us in with rubber gloves on- too busy folding sheets and towels in the back area.

Fairly clean, terrible staff. Stayed one other time (staff was terrible), thought I'd give it a second shot. It only reconfirmed my thought from first visit. One day I tried calling the front desk for 2 HOURS and no one would answer.
