The location for this was not too far off the freeway so conveniently close, but not so close since you’re going to hear the traffic.
The breakfast was better than some, they had fresh fruit, and freshly boiled eggs instead of the powdered eggs, but we might hv been the one of 5 people staying there that night. I think the owner’s family lived next door to our room, pretty sure his brother was having breakfast right before we did.
Just strange that a hotel is pretty much the only thing on that road and it’s not a well-lit road once you’re past the gas station.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was fine, it was clean nice and well supplied.
The tech in the room was minimal, not sure if we found a USB port. No mini fridge, which I kinda figured was standard in hotel rooms anymore. Even though we had a great MicroTel experience in Cheyenne, the chain appears to vary by location, so that was a lesson learned.
The location has a very professional manager/owner, he was very friendly, and accommodating to whatever we asked or needed.
Needs a freshly ground coffee machine at the gas station down the street though, lol.
