This property is overdue for some major renovations; the breakfast area has a huge hole in the ceiling. We got a suite for the weekend, and it had a 32-inch tv in it. That was comical for the size of room that it was, the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling and the bathroom door in room 221 is coming off its hinges. Very disappointed, i have more things, but these are the main concerns. I hope if anyone actually reads this, that they renovate the hotel.

Hotel was nice. Walls were extremely thin. Could hear the man in the room above us clearly. We could hear him walking around, making coffee and even using the bathroom. Not the mans fault, he wasnt necessarily noisy. Its just that the walls were so thin

Staff members were rude and made up rules throughout our stay. Several dogs were seen and heard and as someone who is incredibly allergic to dogs, it made me quite ill. Consider having no-pet rooms, like rooms that have never had a pet, and ask at check-in if this is necessary for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there was blood on our mattress pad. Disgusting! I plan to file a formal complaint and take this to social media if necessary. It would be great if I would be contacted and compensated in some way for my illness and absolutely acceptable stay.
