The room was clean but the room and the entire building smelled like weed and like they were trying to cover it up. Not a great environment for my one year old. There is a brochure in the room advertising a 24 hour tea and coffee bar and when we asked staff, they don’t have tea. And the gentleman who checked us in and worked the evenings we were there, was extremely unfriendly when asked about anything. Also, swimming pool is advertised and it’s closed. That was the main reason we chose this hotel. So the kids could swim and have fun. Minor inconveniences, yes but still disappointing. Definitely going to stick with the Super 8 next door from now on.

BEWARE!!! This facility is not equiped for handicap guest, even if they say they have handicap guests. The first obsticale was actallky getting into the facility The was at least a 5 inch step up to get into the buildning. Then once in the building you had to deal with a person at the front desk, who not only didnt speak english, but seemed to be having problems with our reservation that I had previously paid for. He called another young man out to help with the transaction and then we were able to get in our keys. When you got into the room there was a terrible smiell amd opening the window did letter to alleviate it. The next was problem was that with a handicap room because I have mobility issues. Having to step over the side of a 5-6 foot tall tube to get in an d take a shower. When I took a shower, I wous have fallen and gotten hurt or possibly broken bone. If I my husband hadnt been there I would have never gotten out of the tub. If that wasnt enough, the bed could have been a lot better. It sagged in the middle so it was like climbing a mountain, just to grt our of the bed. We booked this place based on a recommendation from a friend. Rest assured that we will tell every one we know "STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE STAYING I A DIRTY IN

First got there it smelled like curry . Then owner , Indian guy , kept snatching my debit card back and forth . Got to the room and smelled of cigarettes when I asked for non smoking and I had my kids with me . Bed sheets had stains . Bathroom needed to be cleaned . Really outdated in general .

Dear sir or ma’am. I definitely acknowledge that the issues you had faced in our hotel. We have a strict zero tolerance policy for the use of marijuana but even guests have rights and we can’t just knock on every door and go in there without any evidence. The use of marijuana is a issue in all and every hotel doesn’t matter if they are independent or a high class hotel . If you had had any issues you can just inform the front desk and we’ll help you. We never advertised 24 hour tea. On Expedia it says coffee available in the common area which is usually during breakfast time from 6 - 9 AM but we have a coffee maker in the room in which you can use and if you need more coffee you can tell us and we can give you extra. It never says 24 hour. It also shows the pool as closed. This policy is across all Expedia platforms such as orbits etc. nevertheless we appreciate your review to help us better our service and hope that you would allow us a chance to stay with us again. Thank you

Dear madam. If you had complained to the front desk with any issue you had with the room then we would have most definitely helped you with all of your issues or give you a new room. Which you DID NOT. You stayed 2 nights in which not even once did you complain about a terrible smell or any issues with the room as stated in your review nevertheless thank you for staying with us we hope that you have a great day.
