The room was spotless, breakfast was delicious, and all staff (except for one) were extraordinarily kind and helpful. The keycards did not work well, and ours were deactivated mid-stay for unknown reasons. Staff were quick to fix the keycard issues. One flaw was the pool; it was really dirty and unusable.

The rooms were big with adequate furniture and the staff was kind, but amenities and basic functionality needs a major update. Wifi only worked in lobby - not in our rooms on 2nd floor at all. Key cards often failed on external doors and room doors. TVs did not work in 2 rooms. Heating/cooling systems were unreliable and didn't always work.
