I was disappointed for these specific reasons: 1) Noise in the morning with workers running some very long, thick upholstery cleaning hose down our floor (had to step over it to leave my room) 2) toilet was not flushing properly and ran incessantly, so we had to call for maintenance and the next morning it wasn't working at all 3) THE PULLOUT SOFA WAS DISGUSTING. When I opened it up to make sure it was made, there were food crumbs all over underneath where the cushions were and when you pull out the bed mechanism, the crumb fall on the mattress. That should not be allowed to persist and for this reason I did not leave the maid my usual $5 gratuity. 4) When we purchased and item from the pantry, my girlfriend wanted to exchange it for another item and the front desk person asked us if we opened it. We were insulted by her question, because of course we wouldn't open a candy bar and put it back on the shelf and expect a new item at that point; would you after opening it? I thought the lady could've just said, sure!
