This hotel looks amazing. Very pleasing to the eye and housekeeping does a wonderful job keeping things clean. Only reason it's not 5 stars was because we had a slight issue with our tv not showing any guide. It would just black out. Also, the staff was very nice. Overall a wonderful weekend getaway.
Spent 3 nights here for a business trip. Positives: Great full service steak and seafood restaurant on site. Wifi was good. Bed and shower were all acceptable. The property is a little spread out and it is a long walk to some of the rooms in the back but that's a minor thing. Overall a great property at a reasonable price.
I stayed here overnight for business. The hotel is bright, clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant and bar (fire and oak) is modern, moderately priced and has very good food and service. My only warning is for tall travelers. The hallways to the rooms seem to have a few inordinately low ceilings in places.
After a long and emotional flight from LA, we walked into this hotel, and embarassed to admit, had very low expectations since we always stay at a Starwood Hotel. We were greeted by Alexa Capparelli, front desk supervisor with a warm smile and was eager to please. Boy, were we ever pleasantly surprised at how great the hotel was! Firstly, we asked for two quiet rooms, and she so graciously accommodated our request. Secondly, our two separate rooms were larger than expected, very clean and again, very, very quiet. Lastly, the staff and public spaces were just terrific. My only complaint, and it is a small one, was that they needed to staff or open their cafes. Never saw them open.
I checked in at about 11 pm after a long day of travel. As I approached the entrance to the lobby I was greeted with thump thump thump ...bang bang bang... a freaking disco on a Thursday NIGHT. Did someone transport me back to 1979? When I asked the woman at the front desk what time the noise stopped, smugly she quipped that they had a 5 star restaurant, and " tonight was ladies night". What does that mean, "ladies night'? Really Marriott its 2017... ladies night in a hotels that costs 250 bucks a night? The drunks from the 5 star restaurant took the disco out to the halls until about 11:30. I WILL NEVER stay at this place again. And the Marriott is disgraceful for this property. BAD BAD BAD
I stayed at the place for work several time for over 2 years. I really liked the staff and their services. Polite and always helpful. It felt like home after a while. They have shuttles to take you around and pick and drop, which is a great service. They sometimes do it even in oddly hours. I found all the amenities worth money. Fire & Oak restaurant is certainly icing on the cake. :-)
We stayed at this hotel after a day of shopping at Woodbury Commons outlets. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our nights sleep as the beds were so comfortable we wished we could have taken them. We had dinner at the restaurant located on the hotel and was not impressed (very disappointing)
Stayed here for a college reunion. It was everything that a Courtyard Marriott is typically like, so I wasn't disappointed. Didn't have much time to partake in the hotel's amenities as I was busy. Rooms were good.
Been a while since I stayed at this hotel. I can't say enough about the job they did to upgrade ! Fantastic job. Everything worked well, room was very quite even though I wasn't far from the lobby. Would highly recommend.
This is an okay hotel for the area -- a little overpriced for the amenities. As another reviewer noted, having to get INTO the shower in order to turn on the water is really an annoying little problem. But the room was quiet, clean and spacious; comfortable bed and large TV. I did find it odd that even though they have the usual signs about hanging tour towels if you want to re-use them, I had all clean towels on the second day. The Fire & Oak restaurant really is surprisingly good -- tasty sushi, amazing salmon, great service. The breakfast cafe is typical Courtyard -- sort of semi-microwaved food that is just okay. All in all, an acceptable hotel with a really nice restaurant.
