Staff was very friendly, courteous, and professional

The inner courtyard was beautiful and peaceful.

It was my mistake for not seeing it before booking but, breakfast was only with a fee and it was prepackaged items. No free coffee in the lobby. No microwave in the room. The room had nice furniture but it seemed tiny compared to other hotels in this price range. The only way we could get onto the internet was by signing up for their membership. We still were disconnected periodically.

TV was not working. I requested fix on it but didn't fix fix at all. Didn't clean room stay 2 nd days. Even staff didn't make 2 days key pass so i have to get from front desk next day

I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel completely renovated and virtually new. It was priced well and not only was dog friendly but had sundry items specifically for animals. Nice and mostly quiet even with the proximity of the highway. Not a big fan of the gimmicky writing on the glass but otherwise a nice hotel.

Stayed at Sonesta hotels many times different places and never been disappointed

I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was, and conveniently situated, relative to the rest of Allendale

Right off the freeway..though you have to watch the road like a hawk if you don’t wanna miss the turn…easy parking and clean facilities..but the bed is the worst you’ll ever see..old mattress with creaky springs and the worst body aches in the morning

I gave amenities a low rating only because of covid nothing was operating. They did have coffee and a bag breakfast in the morning that was decent but unfortunately the pool was closed

I stayed 4 nights housekeeping showed up after 3 pointless. I had enough towels etc but it would have been nice to gave the wastebasket empties. Place was clean be a comfortable etc.
