The room was huge and very comfortable. There was no great view from the room window because of the location. GREAT shopping available at the mall which is close to the hotel. Renovations were being done in the lobby which was a minor distraction. I would definitely stay there again!
We had to wait for the pool
the beds were comfy but the heating system needs updating.. the heat blows in your face when on and makes it hard to breathe in room.

Housekeeping failed to clean our room two straight days. As I am currently wheelchair bound, it was a bit more than an inconvenience. By the time we returned to the hotel and found out, housekeeping had already left for the day.
No microwave in room. Other than that, everything was good. Quiet and safe.
When I booked the room there was no mention of it being under construction, that the building was very old and things wouldn’t be working like vending machines, ice machine, or the elevators.
The staff was friendly. However the hotel is badly in need of updates as it is tired and worn down inside and out. I went to use the pool with my son and the water was cloudy and the pump not running. One pool ladder was broken. In the hotel room you can hear in the rooms from the hallway and hear noise from the hallway in the rooms. The showerhead had severe limescale so the water flow was obstructed. We were too late for breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Access to the parking lot from the highway is confusing. You can't see the entrance easily so I had to go back and do a u turn.
Not very attractive on the outside, but the inside was perfect. Very clean, spacious room.
The room was enormous. Great water pressure. The hotel is easily accessible.
Staff was great but the room was just ok with no minibar and no bathtub. The breakfast was terrible. Bacon was bad, eggs worst ever. Could not eat anything. But the conceirge gave us free muffins which was awesome so yay for the staff!!!
Bed making bad noise, even just laying down and stand up. And shower tap also old dirty….
