Near my work destination.

The cleaning of the the room was very good and the staff was very friendly during our stay

My Orbitz reservation could not be located when I called the property in advance to confirm, so I had to make a new reservation. The original was found later. The room was nice. Restaurant and bar were closed. Vending machine ran out of bottled water.

What i didnt like was that the shower walls had some mold in the cracks and that the communication between the front desk and maintenance wasn't there. So i made reservations for the pool from 8-9:30 and nobody told the maintenance man that the pool was going to be open that late so he came by and was saying "pool closing" and i told him about my reservation and he said that there's no reservations for the pool like if he never herd of the hotel letting the customers make reservation for the pool.

Everything. Run down property . I understand because of corona virus many things are restricted. Come on now God Shake not the cofee, sugar and milk . No food or alcohol beverages.

They had a really fun Argentina tapas sampler and wine in the lobby for a decent price. They had music too, but it was quite loud.

Stayed 3 nights with a corporate retreat group of over 125 people catering their banquet rooms full service and all. Staff very nice pleasant and helpful with anything. Get UBER app ...Taxi double the cost. ... Marriott food and food service was terrible with our retreat . I did not feel this was coming from a J.W. Marriott. Very bad quality and low service. I apparently walked my tab on the" not included" continental breakfast but left a tip????? A colleague let me know they were looking for me so I apologize bit did not get a bill or ticket because the waiters were running around and I was late for our meeting and then... Paid.That is totally my fault for not knowing or asking... I m mot upset because of that but Dunkin doughnuts is next door.... Cost less and better coffee because Marriott food is turrible.... Air conditioning in my room wouldn't keep up with afternoon sun perpetrating the curtains. The hotel was booked so wasn't like they are not making money to have better value......

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding and I keep coming back whenever I am in the area. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, the parking is FREE as opposed to some other hotels that make you pay.

I was at the hotel for a high school reunion which was fab...but there were also a couple of weddings going on and the guests on our floor thought that it was appropriate to slam doors and talk loudly at 2AM on...we complained to the front desk in the morning and they were kind enough to offer us a free breakfast buffet. But needed to take a nap the next day due to no sleep...

My husband & I really enjoy our stay at the Marriott in Saddle Brook, NJ. That Bed!!!!! was great.

I had not stayed at this Hotel in several years. The hotel is showing its age and even though it seems there has been a renovation it does not change the fact rooms are really small near the pool. The in room materials refer to a whirlpool but my wife and I never were able to find it. Housekeeping did not show up until after 5 PM one of the days we stayed. Also, not sure what was wrong but if I had not had the e-mail copy of the reservation I would not have received the breakfast coupons that were included in the rate I selected. Meaning I had to fight for them. Once at the breakfast buffet I was really disappointed that while there was a place at the buffet for fresh made omelets and Belgian Waffles, none were being made. Stunned at having to pay extra for internet in this day and age. I will say this hotel is very convenient to major North Jersey routes...but I do not think I will be back

Room was nice. Bathroom a little small but adequate. Hotel lobby and bar area is bright and inviting. Staff is very friendly. Would stay again.
