Very clean and very modern. Front desk personnel polite to a point. When I asked a question about WiFi (I asked 3 about connection problems), I was told I should “keep trying different things until I could work it out.” There is a daily charge for parking. I arrived near midnight on a very rainy night and did not see signs posted about this and no one mentioned it to me. When I noticed them in the morning and asked the clerk about it, I was met with a shrug and told “check later with the manager.” When I returned the manager was not available then nor the next morning when I checked out. Wi-Fi is $16 a day if you use it in your room. Construction work commenced near the room where I stayed at 8am. I was not told this was happening.

We stayed here overnight because we were seeing a concert at the Meadowlands. We enjoyed the close proximity to the venue. Accommodations were average. I was disappointed by hidden charges like the charge for wifi as well as cost for parking. In the future I will likely stay elsewhere.

The hotel is getting old and is not as clean as it used to be. Upon check in, we were given a room that is designed for 2 people but we were 3. I went to the lobby to change rooms and was given an attitude by the front desk clerk. The new room we were switched to was musty, had a smell of chlorine from the pool just outside and was very small. As far as services, I had to ask on 2 separate days to have the room cleaned and get clean towels and toilet paper. Very disappointed and I don’t recommend staying here. There are many Other options near by.

The cleaning of the the room was very good and the staff was very friendly during our stay

My Orbitz reservation could not be located when I called the property in advance to confirm, so I had to make a new reservation. The original was found later. The room was nice. Restaurant and bar were closed. Vending machine ran out of bottled water.

What i didnt like was that the shower walls had some mold in the cracks and that the communication between the front desk and maintenance wasn't there. So i made reservations for the pool from 8-9:30 and nobody told the maintenance man that the pool was going to be open that late so he came by and was saying "pool closing" and i told him about my reservation and he said that there's no reservations for the pool like if he never herd of the hotel letting the customers make reservation for the pool.

Everything. Run down property . I understand because of corona virus many things are restricted. Come on now God Shake not the cofee, sugar and milk . No food or alcohol beverages.

Great hotel and staff. Very pleasing place to stay

Nice staff service. Shower was not working. Very loud noises coming from pool to rooms.
