There was no mention of a $20 daily parking fee after renovation. Also, when checking out 2 of 3 rooms, all rooms were checked out and keys deactivated. Sink water flow was very low

Our room was infested with mold, which I reported immediately to the front desk. The HVAC unit was moldy and contaminated the whole room. We've got replacement room without any problems. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so you need to drive to any interesting places - restaurants, store, etc.

The AC was broken and the power button was not turning it off. The room was freezing in this cold weather. We got sick. There was no maintenance to come in to check. I will never come again. I had to go out and get tape to cover the wall

Hairs on the sheets and night stand . The fire alarm started beeping every ten seconds at 6 in the morning , when I called the front desk they told me they’ll send someone ( it stoped after fifteen minutes ) , at 8am ( when I finally got back to sleep )they started knocking on the door , it was a maintenance guy ! . When I made the complaint it the front desk I felt like the complaints bother them , I spoke to the manager and she claimed that they should had given me another room , and didn't apologize for the hair on sheets and night stand . My check in was after midnight with the need to rest and it was imposible !
