The service was so bad, the front desk left us waiting for one an hour at check in and they didn’t allow us to have our breakfast in the first day even though it was included in our reservation due to poor communication with Hotels.com

Rooms are clean. Property is noisy. No one answers the phone - -goes to corporate whose not helpful with check in Hotel is very noisy. People slamming doors screaming every night between midnight and four am. Would not recommend bringing any children to this hotel. Would not stay there again.

When we checked in my room wasnt avaliable and they wanted to change my reservation, we asked for extra towels and never recieved them. And once when we were going to go to sleep all the sheets and comforters were stained and dirty, they couldnt switch our room so they came in VERY late to change our sheets, which bothered me a lot because we had to wake up early to take our flight back home.

Maybe I've just never stayed here before, but paying for parking and the hotel isn't downtown ... Is a little much. And a policy why you can't accommodate an extra cot when my son wanted to stay with us on the spot for the one night, when I was willing to pay for it, doesn't chime as hospitality ... Other than that it was a good and clean place to stay. And I do recommend this hotel, I just felt these 2 things could be improved upon. Thank you for a nice stay 😊
