Absolutely fantastic. Visited Madrid during a heat wave and arrived with serious jet lag from Los Angeles. The Thompson provided a perfect room to recover - extremely comfortable bed, delicious room service meals, blackout curtains and total silence all night - oh, and perfect air conditioning. They secured me a 5:30am taxi and wake up call upon departure. The rooftop pool is magnificent. Will be staying here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Madrid. This elegant hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable, with thoughtful details and modern amenities throughout. The staff was truly outstanding—warm, intelligent, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar, which offered a peaceful retreat from the city below. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of the city - I walked to all the attractions, shopping and dining. Rooms are beautifully designed, very quiet for being in the center of the city. Staff is very friendly. Roof top bars has fantastic views and a wonderful pool area for relaxing. I would stay here again.

Nickah who was working at the reception was absolutely incredible. The customer service was so outstanding way beyond any hotel I have stayed at. She made sure everything we needed was sorted and happy to assist us whatever direction was necessary. She is the best ambassador the hotel could hope to have. The other staff were also very good but Nickah was exceptional!
