What a wonderful stay! This charming boutique hotel is beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring Madrid. The highlight of our visit was Carlos at the front desk. 👏😊 He was incredibly welcoming, fun, and genuinely helpful, offering fantastic local recommendations. 🗺️🍷 I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid! 🌟✈️

Nice boutique hotel in a great part of Madrid, with a few funky Gen-Z touches. Very well maintained, from what I could see. My room was clean, bed was good, bathroom also good and the shower was excellent. Mostly quiet, although I could hear the elevator motor (my room was next to the elevator). Convenient to a hub of the Metro system. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All of this, and the price was very reasonable. Note that I stayed two nights, and did not have a chance to try the restaurant, although the breakfast buffet looked very nice.

Excellent efficient check in despite having to deal with a group of 17. The staff are excellent and couldn’t be more helpful from the reception, to the breakfast area and house keeping. Nothing was too much trouble. Laura was so helpful, answering our questions and helping plan our outings. The location is perfect, near the metro and walking distance to bars, coffee shops, restaurants and the centre. There was also complimentary water available to fill up our water bottles.

Very comfortable stay. I love Madrid and this area is nice. Lobby is small, breakfast is good, rooms are nice. Try to not have a room by the elevator (due to the sound). Minor detail: a bright light is shining from the ceiling which is annoying when you want to sleep. I tried covering up but it was too bright. Location and staff are great. I would stay again.
