Room 15 for the first 2 days was ok , old bu clean. Room 13 for the rest of our stay was ok also, but the bathroom needs to be renovated, specially the tiles in the shower.

You Can Do Better in Madrid

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but I could not understand why this place was so highly rated. The location is excellent, but the rooms are old and not particularly comfortable. Worst of all are the mattresses, which are just thin foam. I'd wake up every morning with my back out. Would not stay again.

Avoid like the plague. Unsafe. We were kept awake all night by a physical and verbal fight. There is no way to contact staff, who are not on site. They refused to refund the days we prepaid but did not use bc we were too freaked out to stay there any longer. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at You’d have to be crazy to stay there
