Just 20 minutes from Madrid city center, this cozy stay offers comfort, convenience, and great community facilities perfect for couples, friends, or families visiting the city.

The accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed for two guests and an en-suite full bathroom with a bath and bidet. The living and dining area features a sofa bed for two guests. The space includes a fully equipped independent kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, as well as small appliances such as a toaster, microwave, and coffee maker. If you arrive by car, you will also have access to a private parking space.

The apartment is located in a residential complex with a variety of shared amenities. Guests can enjoy access to a gym, a paddle court, a children’s playground, and an outdoor swimming pool during the summer. The gym is available without prior booking, although it has opening hours. The paddle court requires a reservation with the complex concierge and also follows specific opening hours. The children’s playground is outdoors and available for use at any time.

San Blas Canillejas is well connected to central Madrid by public transport.

Please note:

- The TVs in the apartment are traditional antenna TVs, not smart TVs.
- The fridge is small and includes a small freezer compartment, as shown in the photos.
- Please note that the sofa bed normally faces the TV. Before unfolding, it must be rotated to face the kitchen or the window.

Guests have access to a gym, a paddle court, a children’s playground, and a summer outdoor pool. The gym has opening hours and no booking is needed, while the paddle court requires prior reservation with the concierge. All facilities are for registered guests only.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
