I had an exceptional experience at ByPillow Hotel. From the very beginning, everything went smoothly, thanks to the helpful, informative, professional, and polite staff. One staff member who stood out was Javier at the front desk. He consistently went above and beyond, greeting us with a smile every morning and approaching us in a professional manner. The rooms and facility was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is great—many shops and restaurants nearby. We were on the ground floor, so you could hear street noise as well as noise from the lobby. The hotel hadn’t switched to air conditioning yet, so no AC in the room and no fan—made the room stuffy. But on the whole, this was a good stay.
