Room was good, clean, fairly comfortable, although the pillows we're quite cheap feeling. Reasonably priced, but the airport shuttle is not great. When checking in I asked if it ran once an hour as I'd read, to be told it runs "every 45 minutes". The friendly lady asked be what time I wanted to be at the airport, and then suggested the 9:45am bus which would put me there too early, so I suggested I'd take the 1030 one. No, she said, it leaves at 11! I'm not sure if 45 Spanish minutes equal 75 US minutes, but at that point an Uber was the better option for me, so my choice to pick this hotel over others without a shuttle turned out to be moot. No big deal, just a little weird. All in all, a solid choice, not fancy, but relatively modern and nice and quiet. Uber came in 3 minutes and only took 10 to Terminal 2. Front desk spoke decent English and was very welcoming. Would have been 5 stars with a usable shuttle system.

It was a great choice, all you need for a transfer when traveling and even a longer stay. Very close from the Barajas airport, punctual timing of the bus shuttle, clean, modern and very helpful staff. Particularly I Remeber the Mr Alfonso at the check in desk, extremely helpful, kind and provided quick solution to requests. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Breakfast was amazing. Wish I'd remembered it was part of the deal because we'd have taken better advantage of it. The airport shuttle was perfect. Room was austere but pleasant. Hallways could use some updating. For our purposes, a one night stay before flying out, the NH fit the bill.

Just wanted to warn you about this hotel—by far the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, there was no AC. I talked to the concierge, and they said the AC had been down for the entire week. How does the AC stay down for a whole week? Instead of relaxing on my vacation, I’m heading home with body pain from that terrible bed. Definitely think twice before booking here.
