We loved everything about this hotel, the location, the cleanliness, and especially the people. Everyone was so great. They treated us like a king and queen. I would definitely stay there again

Staff was great. Good location. Remember the advice of Metro stations: Leave from the Principe Pio and arrive at Plaza de Espana. That way you will always be walking downhill.
Near palace and gardens. Short walk to old city center and shopping area. Longer walk (1/2 hour) to Prado and major park. Rooftop bar is really a great place to enjoy an evening!
Great value for the $. Rooftop lounge overlooking the Palace was awesome. Private tour of the owners antique car collection was a great bonus. Loved the jacuzzi tub.
