Good hotel but beware the breakfast, it’s terrible.
They let me check in early and the staff was very nice. It is located in a quite area and not to far of a walk from restaurants. Another convenient part was that it was only about 15 minutes away from the airport.
Good location close to transit and 20 min walk to most museums.
Great location and within walking distance from the Atocha Train Station. I was a late arrival checkin (1am) and the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The fact that it was about three blocks from the Atocha train station made it very helpful. Easy to get around from the Metro and train. Great location. Very clean even though it is an older hotel.

The hotel room was very nice, the location was excellent, walking distance of major sites. Breakfast was excellent! The staff very helpful.
Hotel was adequate for our one night stay close to the Atocha train station. Night staff was kind of grumpy. Room was fine.
Convenient location to the train station, but also close to El Prado, etc. Good value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel could have been a little quieter though. At one point there were some hotel guests yelling in the hallway and I could hear them clearly in my room. Everything else was very nice.
It is not far away from main train station. Room facility is a bit out dated.
The place was not like other normal hotels with one room that contained two beds but rather there were two rooms in each hotel room. Late at night there was some ruckus that woke me up but I managed to fall back asleep. But that was the only issue.
