The location is perfect ! loved the neighborhood. close to shops and restaurants, transportation and things and places to see. Happy to have the elevator. The room was good, nothing to make complaints about - our room was quiet, it faced the inside courtyard … but mentioning coffee is for a small fee in the “lobby” , I would have preferred a softer pillow and a few amenities, I would have also preferred softer towels. Our room was small but cozy. The staff was kind, we checked in early for a small fee.

El mejor hostal

Primera vez hospedandome en un hostal y la verdad que estuvo mejor de lo que pensé. Muy limpio, comodo, espacioso. Baño privado, la chica en recepcion muy amable y cordial. Ubicacion muy buena y en general todo estuvo muy placentero. Lo recomiendo mucho y espero volver pronto a Madrid y por supuesto volveria a hospedarme en este lugar.

Nice place to stay. Very central and when you close the windows, it’s very quiet. The people are very friendly. We would be happy if they were a little frig to put are water bottles. But overall everything was OK and also the price for the localisation

I had a deeply disappointing stay at this hotel in August 2025, primarily due to the air conditioning being completely non-functional. With temperatures soaring outside, the room was unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep or relax comfortably. I informed the front desk multiple times, but the staff seemed indifferent !
