This place is a hit and miss at the same time. Location was central, right next door to two grocery stores. I got the studio and it was huge and clean and modern. Really appreciated the kitchenette, living area, washer, and bug bathroom. The female staff who did the check in and out was very nice and helpful and responsive. Thank you! The cons: the immediate area is doing major construction, so lots of noise and dust, the walkway was unsafe and inaccessible in certain areas (bad for wheeling luggage around). Right outside are homeless people who just hang around infront day and night , some were drunk and high and I felt uncomfortable walking past them when entering and exiting. I could not sleep bc the street was noisy well into the night and the construction early in the day. If you want a quiet night sleep without homeless people around, this is not the place.

We are family of four, we stayed in MH Apartments in central Madrid for 4 nights, and we could’t be happier with our stay. The apartment is huge and everything is walking distance. There’s construction right outside the apartment during our stay, it get’s a little loud during the day, but not a problem for us because most of the time we are out during the day. Check in is straight forward. I will recommend the place to our friends and family.

Basic, no frills, modern. Above a supermarket and you can hear traffic and people speaking on the street from the 5th floor. Good walking distance to major attractions. The front park is under construction. For late check-ins, there’s an ATM like machine that you check into and it dispenses the keys. Parking garage conveniently around the corner.

We had an excellent stay at MH Apartments in central Madrid . This is my second stay with them. The staff is very accommodating, easy check in and out. Its located in an area where you have bus transportation, car services, supermarkets, and local shopping and restaurants. It is also at walking distance to Plaza Mayor, Sol and La Latina. Can’t wait to visit again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the center of Madrid. This property was very clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. We had all that we needed for a stay away from home. The apartment was near the Metro station, and we could also easily walk to many landmarks. Two supermarkets were near the property. Although the property is located on a busy street, our apartment was nicely isolated from outside noise. We are thankful that the staff allowed us to store our luggage for few hours after the checkout, and we were able to have lunch at a cafe prior to our departure from Madrid.

Our apartment was super spacious and comfortable. We loved our balcony views. It was unfortunate that there was construction in the plaza during our stay and we wished we would have known that prior to our stay. You cannot beat the area for the proximity to most areas we wanted to visit. We walked almost everywhere. The supermarkets on either side of us were very convenient. The only downside is that since it is so central in the city, it can be noisy even late at night (and early morning with the construction) but we are heavy sleepers so we did not mind it too much.

However.... water pressure problem for 2 days making it hard for a family to take showers, sometimes tap without a drop of water. We encountered challenges in communicating with the property management. On the first day of our stay, we reported an issue with the water services, but it was not adequately addressed, and we did not receive any follow-up. Furthermore, I requested a taxi to the airport on our last day, but I never received confirmation or any communication, either by phone or email. While the location is good, the level of communication and service needs significant improvement.

We loved this spacious apartment in central Madrid. It is very conveniently located to tourist areas and good restaurants. We also enjoyed the next door grocery for its convenience. We do like to have breakfast in the apartment daily and pick up water to take with us.
